Simple white chocolate fudge

A really simple recipe for white chocolate fudge, can be easily adapted to suit your loved ones taste. Why not try a milk chocolate fudge with raisins and peanuts, mmm.  I’ve gone for white chocolate and smarties but have previously tried white chocolate and dried strawberry pieces, another good combination. Just don’t forget the edible glitter, I love it!

To make this recipe, you will need;

1 can of sweetened condensed milk (397g)

200g white chocolate (buttons or choc chips work best)

approx 100g smarties

edible glitter, to decorate

Line an 8×8 inch cake tin with greaseproof paper.

In a pan, gently heat the condensed milk. Add the white chocolate to the pan and stir in the condensed milk until melted. Add half of the smarties and and mix.  Carefully pour the mixture in to the cake tin.  Add the rest of the smarties to the top of the mixture and sprinkle with lots of edible glitter.  Leave to set for at least an hour.
